Senior Leadership Team

Our senior leadership team is made up of personnel who implement our holistic, caring approach to helping Chartered Accountants and their families.

Kath Haines, Chief Executive (outgoing)

An FCA living in Wigston, Kath joined CABA in 2007 as our Finance and Administration Director, and became Chief Executive in 2009. She trained with Coopers & Lybrand in Leicester, and worked there for 14 years. After that, she spent 11 years in finance positions in major retailers and service companies. Kath moved to the charity sector in 2004, to set up the Finance function of English Churches Housing Group, at the time of their relocation from London to Leicester. She moved to CABA following the merger of English Churches with Riverside Housing.

Jodie Gill, Engagement and Communications Director

As Engagement and Communications Director, Jodie leads the strategic marketing, relationship and business development for CABA. Jodie is responsible for building CABA’s brand profile and actively reaching and engaging past and present ICAEW members and their families. Having joined CABA in 2011 as Marketing Manager, Jodie is an experienced Chartered Marketer (MCIM) who has delivered ambitious marketing and engagement strategies for SME and blue chip organisations. Previous experience includes not for profit, IT and automotive.

Kelly Feehan, Service Director

Kelly is CABA’s Service Director, leading the strategic development, management and delivery of all UK and international services to improve the wellbeing and meet the needs of clients. After training as a solicitor, Kelly previously worked for the probation service handling high-risk offenders, as a Domestic Violence Reduction Coordinator for local government and as the Manager of a Regional Assessment Centre for Victim Support, developing key skills in assessment, service planning and delivery and line management of various teams. Kelly is particularly interested in how organisations can work together in partnership to engage with more people and meet the needs of those individuals in a holistic way.
